The INGENIA range weld standard plastic sheets by butt fusion PE, PP, PVC , PVDF with UHMWPE The welding machines are designed according to the D.V.S. 2208 standard and they are able to weld by butt fusion in accordance with the D.V.S. 2207.
Alll the INGENIA series operate in a wide range of plastic sheet dimensions: they reach 5000mm welding length for up–to-200mm material thickness. Nevertheless the widespread-pressure pneumatic system allows to work with maximum care also for small-sized sheets. Moreover there are no limitations in wideness, since no clamps are used to hold the plastic sheets.
